My wife and I moved to Calgary with our 9 month old son from Ontario in November having secured an Airbnb for one month. Our plan was to find a short term rental for 3 months while we would start house hunting with our chosen realtor, Dave Peterson. As it turned out Dave had us moving into our new home within 2 weeks of starting our hunt! Something I thought totally impossible. He took care of finding us a great mortgage broker, a lawyer and a home inspector, he even lent us everything we needed to redecorate. I'm sure for a lot of people, buying their first home can be a very stressful experience, for us Dave took care of everything. Thank you so much for the moving in gifts, thanks for saving all our paperwork on a handy USB stick, thanks for all the constant support since we moved in and thanks for putting your negotiation skills to work and saving us an absolute fortune.
