Doug and his family sold two houses in Calgary for us, both at times when the real estate market was dropping. They provided good advice on how to get the best benefit for the money we spent to make our two homes more attractive to buyers. They advised us on decluttering and even brought in a few pieces to enhance the decor. On one house Doug skillfully advised us on how to deal with a lowball offer, how to counter and how to finally close the sale at above our expected price.
