John and his team have helped us sell and buy 3 houses and 2 rental condos in the Calgary market. Our last house sale in February of this year was the one that concerned us the most as the housing market is not great for sellers and prices are severely depressed, however an opportunity existed that we didn’t want to miss out on and wanted a quick sale if possible. My wife and I moved to Calgary with our 9 month old son from Ontario in November having secured an Airbnb for one month.
