John and his team have helped us sell and buy 3 houses and 2 rental condos in the Calgary market. Our last house sale in February of this year was the one that concerned us the most as the housing market is not great for sellers and prices are severely depressed, however an opportunity existed that we didn’t want to miss out on and wanted a quick sale if possible. The proof of John’s hard work was that we had a sale complete in 10 days from listing at almost the exact number that John told us we could expect. The follow up work from Cheryl post sale has been fantastic and she does a great job of managing the sale and post sale process. My wife and I moved to Calgary with our 9 month old son from Ontario in November having secured an Airbnb for one month.
